Delta Goodrem is taking charge of her story, and for this new chapter she’s launching her own record label “ALTED Records” to tell it. “Back To Your Heart” is the first taste of new music to come from the Australian pop icon. Taking inspiration from her impressive back catalogue as well as her new found confidence, this track combines powerful vocals with an empowering 80’s pop-rock sound that will have your full attention on Delta again. 

“Back To Your Heart” is all about freedom, and discovering whatever that word and feeling means to you. It’s about letting go of your worries and fears in your head and remembering to get back to what you love. “So get out of your head and into your heart. The road is never too far. Love’s what it takes, it’s who we are. So keep running back, running back to your heart” she sings during the anthemic chorus. 

The liberating song packs a 80’s inspired pop-rock punch. With big guitars, drums and synths, it takes you back to that era, as well as to the credits of a film like “The Breakfast Club”. It’s been made to experience live with a singalong hook that already feels electric in it’s studio-form.

After touring UK/Europe throughout August and September, Delta Goodrem is returning to Australia for a mammoth sold out tour which will see her celebrating the 20th anniversary of her debut album “Innocent Eyes”. There are limited tickets available for her show at Sydney Coliseum Theatre HERE.
